MuniciPay Fees
MuniciPAY is an online payment option for select Borough fees.
MuniciPAY accepts credit, debit cards, or e-check. You will be assessed a nonrefundable 2.65% credit card and debit card fee or $1.50* for e-check by MuniciPAY of the total amount of the charge, or $1.50, whichever is greater.
MuniciPAY is a third-party vendor contracted by the Borough, but otherwise unaffiliated with the Borough of Highlands.
*For checks $2,500 or greater, there is an additional premium of 0.05% fee.
