* Use this payment option if registration / application refers you to pay online, as not all items requiring municipal payments are activated for MuniciPAY.
* MuniciPAY accepts credit or debit cards. You will be assessed a nonrefundable 2.65% credit card fee by MuniciPAY of the total amount of the charge, or $3.00, whichever is greater.
* MuniciPAY is a third-party vendor contracted by the Borough, but otherwise unaffiliated with the Borough of Morris Plains.
