Water/Sewer Bills are due Monday, June 30th, 2025

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – IMPORTANT UPDATE

Effective June 1st, 2025, the Village of Evans Mills will implement the following updates to sewer services:

Sewer Rate Increase

• The new sewer rate will be $169.00 per unit.

Minimum Usage Adjustment

• The minimum usage threshold will decrease from 8,000 gallons to 5,000 gallons.

Please note: These changes will appear on your September 1, 2025 billing statement.

These changes are necessary to support the maintenance and improvement of critical infrastructure and to ensure continued high-quality service for our community.
