You are about to pay your Fulton County Real Estate Property Taxes. Your taxes are not paid until funds settle into our bank account which can take 3-5 business days. You, the user of this website, are responsible for insuring payments have been made, funds settled and credit applied.

Use this website to pay Real Estate tax bills by credit card, debit card or e-check. If you have any questions or problems, please call the treasurer's office at 309-547-3041.

NOTICE: A convenience fee of 2.5% ($2 minimum), charged by the payment processor, will be added to the total amount charged when using the online system at checkout. These fees are NOT charged by the Fulton County Treasurer and are non-refundable pursuant to Illinois Law. The cost of an e-check is a flat fee of $1.50.

The confirmation email you receive merely indicates that your payment is being processed. Rejected payments are subject to fees and interest penalties. The reversal process of these rejected payments can take several days.

It may take several days before payments are posted on our website. As long as you make your payment on time, you will not be charged a penalty.

AUTOMATED PAYMENTS- If you set up automated payments, they will continue each year unless YOU cancel them.
