PENALTIES - Please Read

As a result of customer requests, online partial payments are being allowed this year for the first time on a trial basis. This is to assist those who, for whatever reason, may not be able to make a full payment on time.

Be advised that this option cannot be used to avoid paying late payment penalties and other fees. If late payment and other fees are not paid, future access to the online payment option will be blocked. Unpaid late fees will remain on the account until paid in full. Penalties that remain unpaid will expose the property to the tax sale, and significant additional fees WILL be added to that account.
