You are about to make a payment to Brunswick County.  You, the user of this Website, are responsible for ensuring payments have been made, funds settled and credit applied. Per North Carolina General Statute 105-357, the penalty for presenting payment by check or electronic funds transfer that is returned unpaid is $25 or 10% of the payment amount, whichever is greater, subject to a maximum of $1,000.

The payment processor will add the following fees to your total at checkout. These convenience fees are not collected by Brunswick County, and are non-refundable.
