For any parcels currently in foreclosure, no automated payments via credit card or electronic check are allowed!
Payment for any foreclosure property must be paid by CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS only.
Payments can be dropped off to our office at 305 W. Freemason St, Edenton, NC 27932
or can be mailed to us at PO Box 1030, Edenton, NC 27932.
*Please note, amounts due can change at any given time by our foreclosure attorney as fees are added. Please give our office a call to get a current payoff amount so we may make our foreclosure attorney know a payment is on the way.
